I have been a computer/IT technician for 30yrs.
Recently got into glowforge’s and realized how awful their support is, so started my own side job servicing supporting and selling parts for these units.

Currently on a mission to beat the power supply pandemic. It seems like every week I hear about someone else whose laser stopped firing or their entire power supply just died and they have no power at all.
