Glowforge released 1.6.0-35 sometime in the last few days.
The build has timestamp of Jul 12, 2018.
I updated the wiki, but I haven’t uploaded the changed file sheet yet. I’ll get to it… (This is kind of getting old, TBH)
It appears the only significant changes were to the glowforge service that runs on the device - and that’s a black box, so I can’t glean much useful info.
They also appear to recommend* that if you are having trouble, to lift the lid and then power on the unit. What this does is prevent the unit’s calibration routine from interrupting the upgrade cycle.
* Of course, they don’t bother to tell you that they’ve released an update, so how you are supposed to know -when- to do this remains a mystery.
