Last chance repair ever done?

Hi,
Since a year, I have troubles with my glowforge. It stops during long works and I have to turn it offf or a while before using it again. I am guessing the power supply has problems.

I am in France and the only solution (send the unit back for a refurbish one) is too expensive.

So I would want to know if some have tried to repair their defected unit on their own?

Do you know if the power supply can be replaced by a generic power supply?

its a proprietary power supply and sealed in epoxy so it can’t be repaired OR replaced

if you would list the problems, maybe we can talk you thru a repair!
