I picked the 6mm sleeve instead of the 5mm, because you need to slip the sleeve on first and then put the wire in, i tried the 5mm sleeve and it would gather and bunch and clog.
I don’t get into the taking apart the glowforge here, I am hoping most of you can do this part, but if you need guidance please, just ask…
I picked the fiberglass sleeve, because in case it did short out, I wanted something that was fireproof.
